PROFILE OF PRISCILLA ABOAGYE KUTSINYA
Priscilla aboagye Kutsinya is a Land Economist by profession endowed with a passion for excellence. She completed her education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2014. She radically pursues her dreams and passion for excellence and made her dreams a reality by becoming an award winning land economist in 2024. She has been an emerging leader with a burning desire and passion to achieve and strive for solution based results.
This zeal to never give up despite the odds against her fueled this purpose striving for excellence and focus to paying attention to detail. This passion and zeal for solutions led her to becoming one of the leading voices in world of land economy where for over 10 years she has been a dynamic force and a thriving leader of impact. She has been a prolific and dynamic thought leader with a passion to solve the most complex problems and bring about effective solutions. She continues to bring extraordinary value to the space of land economy and is an emerging leader who serves with excellence and an addictive passion for proactive solutions.
Priscilla has also gained experience in delivering Real Estate engagements, Property and Facilities Management, Professional Valuation and Land Administration. She spent over 5years in the Banking Sector gaining extensive knowledge in finance and banking.
She is well versed and an expert in property valuations, property management and property investment appraisal involving the full spectrum of property assets : examples including hotels, residential, retail, industrial, offices and raw land.
Priscilla has knowledge in discounted cashflow valuation modelling along with depreciated replacement cost, income capitalization, development appraisal and profit approaches to valuation.
She serves as a Sales and Brokerage Officer at Property Databank Ghana Ltd (trading as PDB), a leading end-to-end real estate services firm; under the Jospong Group of companies and is responsible for business development in valuation and real estate engagements.
At PDB, we provide professional real estate service for a spectrum of clients including lenders, owners, investors and developers, across the public, private and social sectors throughout Ghana.
Some of the major firms that she has provided professional services for include PwC, Stanbic Bank, ADB Bank, Bank of Africa, CBD Bank, Zoomlion Ghana Ltd, Lands Commission, and AH Hotel.
Priscilla has worked with institutions such as the Ghana Highways Authority for compensation valuation, Ga West Municipal Assembly-Estates Department, Conads Estates as Branch Managress, The Seedfunds Savings and Loans Company Limited as Acting Branch Head of Operations and is seeking for opportunities to expand her horizon in Real Estate Economics and Finance.
She won the Outstanding Land Economist at the just ended Elite Achievement Awards in 2024.
