He started his career as a line cook in a restaurant and gained experience at various restaurants, including Mangrove Restaurant and Jazz Bar, Africa Grill Restaurant, Papi Grill, and Vasco Restaurant. Paddy is a registered member of the Chef’s Association of Ghana (CAG) and was recognized as the Best Chef in 2020 (MSG).
